Correct posture when playing a guitar

	Always keep your feet flat on the ground or on a footrest (for stability). Keep your back fairly straight and lean slightly forward over the guitar. Avoid slouching. Hold the thumb on your left hand against the back of the guitar neck. Keep the fingers of your left hand relaxed. Rest your right elbow on top of the guitar. Hold the pick firmly (but not tightly) in your right hand.. Strum with a 'flicking' style.
